10. **COMPETITION TERMS**

    10.1 Entrants must not be employees of BLOCK YELLOW, LLC or anyone else connected with the promotion. Entrants can only enter the competition once. Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted. No liability will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, or submitted incorrectly. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of entry. The prize comprises items listed in relevant competition blog posts, subject to change.

    10.2 Prizes are awarded one (1) per winner. One entry is allowed per person, per competition. Illegible or incomplete entries, entries which are lost or delayed, or entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. BLOCK YELLOW, LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise. BLOCK YELLOW, LLC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner(s) will be the first entry(s) selected at random from all entries received by the closing date. The competition closes at the time stated in the relevant competition blog or social media post. Winners will be notified in means in line with competition and stated in relevant terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Block Yellow, LLC - Dog Care and Dog Spa

At Block Yellow, LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients and furry friends, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Dog Care Services (Daycare, Sitting, Walking, Transport)
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.

No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service.

Dog Spa Services
Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance:
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.

No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their spa appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Refund Policy
Refunds for pre-paid services will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their services without penalty if done within the notice periods outlined above. For late rescheduling requests, the cancellation fee policy will apply.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your situation.
